As a Digital Account Manager at Forum Communications, Morgan plays a key role in leading and implementing SEO-driven digital strategies for clients across a range of industries. She works closely with Forum’s digital and content teams to manage organic search initiatives, including technical SEO improvements, content optimization, keyword and intent strategy, and performance analysis. With search rapidly evolving, Morgan also helps clients adapt to AI-driven changes in search behavior, focusing on visibility across traditional SERPs as well as emerging AI search experiences.

Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Piedmont University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the same institution in May 2018. She remains actively involved with her alma mater and currently serves as Vice President of the Piedmont University Alumni Association Board of Directors, supporting alumni engagement and strategic initiatives.

After completing her graduate studies, Morgan began her career as an Account Executive at Source Outdoor Group, a marketing agency specializing in the outdoor industry. Over five years, she developed and executed media, PR, and digital strategies, gaining deep experience in the hunting, fishing, and shooting industries while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive measurable results.

With a strong foundation in both education and experience, Morgan is well-equipped to manage complex marketing initiatives. In addition to her professional work, she is an active member of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee, partnering with local leaders to support thoughtful marketing and regional economic growth. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving approach to every project.
