THE CHALLENGE

 

Onsite Women’s Health is the leading provider of in-office breast health and imaging services. Onsite partners with individual medical practices to pursue their mission of saving the lives of sisters, mothers, daughters, wives and friends through innovative breast care. Through Onsite, practice leaders have access to the most advanced breast health and imaging services – including 3D screening mammography with AI, Automated Whole-Breast Ultrasound, Diagnostic Mammography and Breast Ultrasound. The convenience Onsite provides to patients drives increased compliance for annual screenings because patients are more likely to get their mammogram when the service is available in their physician’s office.

Onsite offers turnkey support to its partner practices, including all equipment, technology, staff, radiology services, accreditation support, and more.  A versatile and flexible organization, Onsite partners with more than 150 practices in over 25 states. 

As Onsite Women’s Health continued to grow as an organization and expand its footprint across the nation, it needed assistance in standardizing and elevating its brand presence. With a focus on unifying its corporate look and elevating its marketing assets, Onsite contracted with Forum Communications to create polished, professional materials that reflect its position as a leader in the market, both internally to its employees as well as externally to its current and prospective partners.

HOW WE HELPED

 

Forum created a wide range of materials for Onsite to effectively communicate its services and value to its audiences. From PowerPoint presentations and sales materials to help Onsite showcase its value to prospective partners, to collateral materials for Onsite teammates and external partners that accurately reflect the brand, Forum worked closely with the team at Onsite to consistently and clearly develop company resources that bring the brand to life across all mediums and locations.  And because Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time to celebrate the work that Onsite does and the importance of early detection, each year the organization launches a company-wide campaign to raise awareness, support survivors, and celebrate hope. Forum partnered with Onsite to create a branded theme and supporting promotional materials that carry across Onsite’s more than 150 centers in 25+ states.

Forum understands the importance and value of corporate branding to an organization. The way a company communicates its core values, personality, voice and visuals is paramount to how it is perceived by customers, employees and stakeholders. Ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms helps build trust and credibility and strengthens loyalty to the organization. Using Onsite’s existing brand guidelines, Forum helps ensure their marketing materials reflect a consistent visual identity for their corporate communications and business development efforts, as well as for their partner practices to effectively and efficiently communicate the Onsite brand. Some of the materials Forum developed include flyers, presentation templates, pull-up banners, social media graphics, and brochures and other educational materials.
