The Challenge

Change is never easy, so BGW Dental Group needed to reassure their patients and the community that they were the same practice they always had been. Patients could expect to see the same faces and receive the same high quality dental care even though their name had changed and they were moving. In addition to ensuring their current patients were educated about the changes, BGW recognized an opportunity to grow the practice thanks to an expansive, innovatively designed new location.

How We Helped

Forum believed the best way to familiarize patients with the name and soon-to-open new location was by emphasizing the group’s most recognizable assets: its dentists. We added names and photos to all BGW materials. We produced a multi-page showcase piece dominated by photos to highlight the impressive features of the new building and services provided. The piece was direct mailed to target demographics within area zip codes and also used at community events. We secured earned media in local publications such as LAKE magazine and The Times, and helped plan a well-attended open house that allowed the community to meet the dentists and tour the new office.
