Name: Leah Wochele

What is your title?  Designer

What does that mean? Being a designer at a full service marketing agency, like Forum, means
that I am responsible for turning words, ideas and fragmented thoughts into something visual that
grabs attention, whether subtly or explicitly, and cohesively conveys the idea, meaning and
purpose of each our client’s work and/or services.

What’s your favorite thing about the Forum culture? From my first day at Forum I
immediately felt like a part of a team that truly works together and respects one another. There is
no totem pole, and we all have an equal seat and voice at the table.

If you weren’t working at Forum, what do you think you would be doing? I’d probably be
cooped up in a studio somewhere and portraying the “starving artist” stereotype a little too
accurately. Or, I would be back at school getting another degree, and still living off of ramen.

What social media platform do you use most often? The millennial that I am definitely uses
Instagram and Snapchat the most. Both provide me with a quick influx of information, whether
pertinent to the news or my social life, and I can gather more information than I really need in
less than 5 minutes.

What might you find yourself doing around 10 a.m. on a regular work day? Listening to the
newest episode of one of many queued podcasts- and drinking coffee. Lots of coffee.

When you aren’t working what are you doing? Trying to prevent my painting and drawing
skills from getting too rusty, working out, and hanging with friends and my dog.

Describe yourself in one word: Motivated.
