The Challenge

With expansion comes the need to explain who you are, what you do and why you do it. NG3 had all of this information at their disposal, but didn’t quite know how to organize it together for the greatest impact. The Forum team created a number of print collateral pieces, aimed specifically at recruiting volunteers, supporting the staffs’ ability to share their curriculum with student athletes and to aid in annual fundraising endeavors.

With a web presence that didn’t fully explain who they are, and the lack of collateral materials, it was hard for NG3 to go “out and about” to further their cause. Our job would be to assess the situation, devise a creative communications plan, create necessary materials and help them oversee proper execution of a growth strategy.

How We Helped

NG3 is a fast-growing nonprofit organization serving the youth of North Georgia, and they came to Forum needing help with their messaging, collateral creation, strategic planning, fundraising support and a plan for advancement into new schools.

All in the Details

From visioning sessions with the NG3 staff and board to constant communication with key stakeholders, we created an overarching plan complete with targeted messaging that applied to all constituents. We went beyond this to create promotional materials for multiple events, and generated countless volumes of content for their use.

We created a recruitment brochure, in-depth volunteer training guide, pull-up banners to use at events, magazine ads, sourced press coverage, created a new suite of print collateral for their team, branded their annual Christmas tree lot collateral and fundraising materials, and even assisted with their large fundraising banquet (from strategy to planning to execution).

In short, we helped NG3 find their voice and promote their importance to the community through a comprehensive campaign. But more importantly, we were able to be a part of so much more by helping to foster change, through character development lessons, to create stronger communities in North Georgia.
